FREE TRIAL
Autolistmail.comTools will offer full service to new clients for a period of 30 days. During this trial period Autolistmail.com tools has full right to terminate any member for violation of terms and services set forth by Autolistmail.com tools.com.
Autolistmail.com Tools will allow one free trial account per household. Any multiple accounts will be tracked and terminated without notice.
ANTI-SPAM POLICY
You may not use email lists that have been rented, leased, or bought.
You may never spam via our service or send spam that in any way implicates our services. This includes mentioning a Autolistmail.com tools.com email address or URL in a bulk message or including these addresses on a bulk-advertised web page. You may not hide behind throwaway web pages or fax-response front ends.
If you spam, even if Autolistmail.com tools.com services are not directly involved in it (i.e. the spam leads the person to Autolistmail.com tools.com services), you will:
* have your account terminated immediately without refund, commissions and notice
* charged a $500 cleanup fee
* be reported to your own provider by us as a spammer, where they will presumably terminate your account as well.
* be reported to authorities
If you have been spammed, please notify abuse@Autolistmail.com tools.com.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including daily backups of all data. Only authorized personnel are allowed physical and/or digital access to servers and data, and each authorized personnel has signed a Non-Disclosure agreement prior to being granted access. All servers and data backups are kept secure from physical and electronic intrusion by use of firewalls and redundant security systems, which are constantly being evaluated and upgraded.
Double Opt-in Registration
We employ a double opt-in process, which requires that you confirm your intent to subscribe by replying to a confirmation message sent to your email address before your subscription request is activated. The double opt-in process is used to ensure that only email addresses from those persons wishing to subscribe are added to our subscription lists.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.
